PeeDee Area Scoutmasters and Committe Chairpersons,

The High Adventure Committe would like to invite you to join us for a day at hte National WhitewaterCenter in Charlotte!.  This will be a great opportunity to apply your Trek planning training you learned during the Hiking and Paddling Training held earlier this year.  This will be your opportunity to plan a great event with your Troop and Crew,  get your outdoor program off to a great start, and have local support.

Roger Coward and Randy Deaton have already spoken with the Whitewater Center,  alerted them to what our goals are for the day,  and can help you plan your own trip. They put together the enclosed brochure to help youe get started, including phone number, email address and/ or website address for the Whitewater Center,  nearby camping locations in case you want to make this a weekend trip, and will be happy to answer any questions.

The High Adventure Committee is committed to Council Service Center will not be making reservations and should not receive any payments for this event, each group is responsible for themselves.
